No. It provides a starting estimate. The final quote is confirmed after the amount of footage, editing complexity, deadline and licensing needs are reviewed.
How long will my edit take?
The timeline depends on project length and complexity. You will receive a delivery estimate before work begins.
Are revisions included?
Your quote will state how many review rounds are included and what counts as a change of scope.
How do I send large video files?
Your private project page accepts supported video, audio and image files within its displayed limits. For larger files, use a file-sharing service and share an HTTPS access link on that page. Check the sharing permissions and never send account passwords.
When will payment happen?
First, review the written quote on your private project page. It sets the price in USD, scope, turnaround and revisions. Full payment of the approved quote is required before editing starts. Checkout shows the payment environment clearly.
How do I request a cancellation or refund?
Email us with your project reference. Requests are reviewed based on the agreed quote and work already completed. See our project terms for more details.
