Your information

The request form collects your name, email, project type, expected video length, footage description, preferred deadline, notes and any selected estimate. The private project page can store uploaded source and finished files, file names and sizes, footage and delivery links, revision requests, quote details, progress updates and payment references.

CrazyEditz uses these details to assess your request, contact you, prepare a quote, carry out the project and keep a record of project and payment activity. The website also keeps limited security records, including rate-limit records derived from your IP address, to reduce abuse.

Project records and uploads are stored on the website’s server. Uploaded files are kept outside the public website folder and served through access-checked downloads with temporary links. Email notifications and replies are handled through email services. The website does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Administrative sign-in uses a session cookie.

Do not include passwords or sensitive personal information in your brief. To ask about information held for your project, request a correction or request deletion, email us with your project reference. We review requests and explain when records still need to be kept for project, payment or security purposes.

Keep your project link private

The full project link acts as your access key. Anyone who has it can view the project and submit project updates. Save it somewhere private, avoid posting it publicly and contact us if you think someone else has access.

The access key is in the part of the address after #. This website does not save your form details in your browser’s local storage. Project details are requested from the server when you open the private page.

Footage and delivery links open the file-sharing service in a new tab. Those services have their own privacy settings and terms. Check who can open your files and share only the access the project needs.

Quotes and payment

The public calculator gives a starting estimate. It is not a final quote. The amount of footage, editing complexity, requested deadline and licensing needs can affect the written quote.

Your project quote states the final price in USD, included scope, turnaround and revisions. Review those details and ask about anything unclear before accepting. If the quote lists an expiry, ask for an updated quote after that date.

Full payment of the approved quote is required before editing starts. The checkout page identifies the payment environment. Payment is treated as received only when the website server verifies it with the payment provider. Returning to this site from checkout alone does not confirm payment.

Payment details are entered with the payment provider. CrazyEditz stores payment references and verified payment status rather than your full card details. Keep your payment confirmation for reference.

Footage, timing and revisions

Provide footage and other materials you have permission to use. Tell us about any music, graphics, people or other content that needs special permission or a licence before the work begins.

Your private project page supports uploads of the video, audio and image formats listed beside the upload control. File and project size limits are shown before uploading. Unsupported file types are rejected. Larger files can be shared through an HTTPS file-sharing link instead. Check link permissions and keep your own copies of the original files and delivered work.

The quote defines turnaround and the included revision rounds. The project page shows how many included rounds have been used. Group your feedback into one request per round, using clear notes and timestamps. Only one revision request can await review at a time.

Changes to the brief, late materials or extra revision requests may need a revised price or timeline. Ask us to confirm any change before extra work begins. Final or review files and the payment receipt are available through the private project page once full payment is verified and the files are ready.

Cancellation and refund requests

Email us with your project reference as soon as you want to cancel or discuss a refund. We review requests based on the agreed quote, the project’s progress and work already completed, then explain the next steps.

A cancellation or refund request is not automatically approved by submitting a message. Any agreed refund must also be processed and confirmed through the payment process. Contact us if a payment appears incorrect or remains pending.
